Ingredients matter

  • Wheats

    Cereal plant with a hollow stem at the internodes, elongated leaves with a sheath that embraces the stem, inflorescence in spikes with four or more rows of grains and fruit in which the seed is welded to the wall of the ovary; it can reach up to 1 metre in height.

  • Seeds

    Sesame, golden linseed, brown linseed, oats, millet, poppy, chia, sunflower. Different types of seeds that give strength and flavour to our products.

  • Sourdoughs

    Sourdough is the soul of bread. It reduces kneading times and increases the shelf life of the bread. Our sourdough is home-grown.

  • Olive oil

    Source of proteins and vitamins and with great antioxidant properties. We use olive oil to give life to our products.

  • Butters

    The Beurre Charentes-Poitou Protected Designation of Origin protects a know-how that has been recognised for 40 years.

    Since its creation, it has enjoyed a solid reputation in the world of bakery and pastry making for the subtle hazelnut flavour of Echiré butter, which gives it a unique taste. It is the oldest protected designation of origin from four départements in the region (Deux-Sèvres, Charente-Maritime, Charente and Vienne).
